1. Terms

1. "The Site" refers to the Virus Help Team Netherlands site and all it's mirror sites.
   
2. "The Webmaster" refers to the webmaster of the Virus Help Team Netherlands, Alex van Niel.
   
3. "VHT" refers to Virus Help Team Denmark and Virus Help Team Netherlands and their respective members, including Alex van Niel.
   
4. "User" refers to you, the person viewing this site.
   
5. "Software" refers to all programs and data downloaded from this Website.
   
6. "Viruses" refers to all viruses, worms and trojans, and other types of programs/data intended to destroy a users programs/data/hardware.

2. General Usage

1. All attempts are made to make sure that the information contained in The Site is as up-to-date and accurate as possible. However, VHT shall not be held responsible for any damage to the Users computer systems or software/data/hardware, or injury or death, as a result of using The Site, or following the advice given in The Site. or for inaccurate/outdated/inappropiate content.
2. The Users IP is logged when The Site is accessed. Any misuse of The Site will be reported to the Users ISP, and can lead to prosecution.
3. Usage of The Site constitutes agreeance of these terms.

3. The Software

1. The Software provided to the User by way of The Site is provided "as-is". The VHT is not responsible for Viruses, or instabilities within the Software, which may damage the Users software/data/hardware, whether or not The Software was developed by the VHT.
2. All attempts are made to make sure that the Software contained in The Site is as up-to-date, and is as intact as when it was compiled and archived. However, the VHT shall not be held responsible for damage to the Users computer systems or software/data/hardware, or injury or death, as a result of downloading and/or using the Software.
3. Downloading and/or using the Software from The Site constitutes agreeance of these terms.

4. Links To/From The Site

1. Links to and from external sites (i.e., links to sites other than The Site) are not monitored, and the VHT is not responsible for inaccurate/broken links, or inaccurate/inappropiate/irrelevent content on external sites.
2. Following a link to/from The Site constitutes agreeance of these terms.

5. Miscellaneous

1. The graphics on and design of The Site are ©1999-2000 James Lowe. Usage of the VHT (Netherlands) logo is permitted, provided that it remains unmodified other than the file format.
2. The information on The Site may be used on external sites, under the condition that unmodified other than deletion of certain words/sentences/phrases/paragraphs, provided that none of the HTML tags are retained, and the information does not undermine the VHT. In addition, the VHT (Netherlands) must be credited with the information, and linked to.
3. The terms and conditions in this disclaimer are binding. A breach of these terms will be considered prosecutable under the appropiate acts in Scottish, English or Dutch law.
4. All opinions from the Webmaster, or other members on The Site are entirely those of the person who expressed them, and are not neccessarily those of the Webmaster, Chello or other members of the VHT.
5. These conditions are subject to change without prior warning.
6. Usage of The Site constitutes agreeance of these terms and conditions.
